Your local library is always the source of truth and works fully offline. The Cloud Add On keeps an additive backup of your prompts, contexts, and skills in the cloud as an extra safety net - it never replaces your local library.
Skills are reusable instructions for how you want an AI assistant to work. Premium lets you create and edit them, and includes an MCP server so compatible AI tools can access your library. Basic and Pro still include the prompt library; Pro also includes contexts.
